Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is a Canadian actress who is best recognized for her role as a character in the Freeform fantasy series Shadowhunters and the Venevision television series Cosita linda, and Voltea pa' qui te enamores. Emeraude Toubia also is a skilled model and dancer. Her home is in Montreal however, she grew up studying in Texas. The passion she has for dance has been a part of her since the age of a child. From a young age she was studied a variety of dance styles. In her 15th year, she started competing in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame when she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant series. She was in 2010 as the receptionist of Telemundo the telenovela Aurora. In 2015, she appeared in the action drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
