Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born and raised in Canada. She is best known to Canadians due to her work as an Canadian actress in the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision television series Cosita linda e Voltea a' que te love. She is also a model who is successful and also dancer. Born in Montreal and raised in Texas. She has always had a passion for performance. From the time she was a young child she has been taught in a variety of dance styles. The first time she entered beauty contests when she was the age of fifteen. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia rose to fame when in 2008, she appeared as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty pageant. In 2010, she made her acting d but as a receptionist in the Telemundo's telenovela Aurora. She also starred in her first feature film, the action drama Tattooed Love.
