Ann was first noticed when she was performing at the Vogue Fashion Show with her group. Diana Vreeland, the editor in chief at Vogue Magazine, requested Ann shoot her first Vogue magazine cover within several days. Ann went on to become one of the best-known American models, working as a cover model in top magazines like Vogue Bazaar or Cosmopolitan. Ann began modeling in Europe and Japan in the fashion houses of Max Factor Revlon as well as Chanel after two consecutive years of successful modeling.
