Jillian Noel Hennely was born 25 November 1968. She is a renowned Canadian singer and actress who has made a significant contribution to American TV. She's best known for her incredible performance on American TV shows Law & Order (where she was awe-inspiring to viewers for three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she portrayed the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy has also showcased her talent in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also created and directed these movies. Hennessy started her career as an actress in Dead Ringers with her sister. She starred on Broadway as a part of the show Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story from 1990, and then entered the world of science fiction in 1993 playing Doctor. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Following that, her biggest break was when she joined NBC's hit drama Law & Order to play District Attorney Assistant Claire Kincaid. She mesmerized audiences in this role for three seasons until her departure in 1996. Parker is known for her performances in movies or series, as well as TV shows including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side as well as the West Wing Angels of America. The actress was awarded an Golden Globe Award for Best actress and also An Emmy Award. Parker is also the recipient in 2001 of the Tony Award for Best Actress in the Broadway show Proof.
